She was born into a multi-ethnic and restaurant focused family in Santa Monica California where she was schooled in social graces, beauty and creative cooking from her English mother. Her Hispanic father gave her culture, lust for life and passion for love.
After moving to the Heartland of America, she opened several fine dining restaurants. Looking for more challenge, she flexed her entrepreneurial muscles and started her own Mexican food line with more than 35 grocery stores distributing her products. Fulfilling a lifelong dream, she produced and starred in TV and radio promotional shows featuring her food lines.
Being a part time personal pamperer for men (manicurist) yielded insight into the male psyche. This inspired her creative desire as she authored the globally published and sold-out five star romantic cookbook, “In the Kitchen with the Chippendales; More Than 70 Romantic Recipes to Tempt, Tease and Tantalize.” Stacy’s publicity tour included book signings, radio, print and TV. Highlights were sold-out London England book events.
Her writing passions extend to TV and film scripts. Stacy even tried her hand in radio and created, produced and did velvety voice-overs for a delicious saucy radio series.
As an Aphrodisiologist, she excels in bringing out the fun, seductive side of romance by teaching her special food and drink aphrodisiac classes. As a Foodie, she walks her talk by teaching unforgettable and sold out cooking classes at the Culinary Institute like, “I’ve Died and Gone to Mexican Food Heaven”.
